Situated in the beautiful gated community of Tuscan Hills within easy reach of all Orlandos attractions. The villa has 6 bedrooms, including 3 uniquely themed kids' rooms, a games room, and a large south-facing swimming pool, perfect for families seeking an unforgettable get away. We aim to provide guests with the freedom to tailor their holiday experience. Whether you prefer action-packed days at the parks followed by relaxing evenings, or leisurely days chilling by the pool, our villa offers the perfect base for your Tuscan Hills Dream vacation.

Welcome to Tuscan Hills Dream
Located just south of 192 at US27 & Florence Villa Grove Rd. Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are approximately 15 and 40 minute drive respectively. Margaritaville with the H2O park is less than 4 miles away. There is so much to see and do in central Florida, making this an ideal location and with a little over one hour drive, you can be on either coast if you so choose.
Our community is gated with passcode entry for everyone’s safety, and the roads have sidewalks. You will find our community very neat and orderly.
Vehicle parking is limited to two vehicles, with no overnight parking on the street. Visitor parking outside the gate is allowed.
The villa is 2895 sq. ft. two level Disney themed home, that will make you want to come back every year.
Upon entry to the front door, the foyer area is lighted by motion activated lighting. No more looking for switches in the dark. First, you will see the formal dining area with a relaxing short lounge. We have a fully equipped kitchen for all your needs, with new appliances, a large refrigerator (includes a freezer) that dispenses crushed and cubed ice and filtered water, dishwasher, new electric glass top stove with overhead full size microwave and an in sink waste disposal unit. Bar area with seating for three and a breakfast nook area with seating for 4 is connected to the larger gathering area. A washer and dryer is located near to the garage.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a large en-suite including a large shower and separate corner bathtub. King sized bed with new Sterns and Foster mattress. Lighted ceiling fan. Plenty of room for pak-n-play (travel cot) if needed. Another bedroom is located off the formal dining area and has a queen bed close to a second full bathroom.
Upstairs there is a master with a king sized bed including its own bathroom and tub/shower. A beautiful Disney Princess themed twin bedroom with carriage beds connected by a Jack-N-Jill bathroom, tub/shower. The next room is the Toy Story room with twin beds. The last bedroom is the Harry Potter themed twin bedroom. All twin beds are full sized single beds. There is also a spacious lounge area with a sofa, tv and an Xbox console.
We have a newly resurfaced full sized south facing pool and spa with grab rails., meaning you will always be able to enjoy the sun. Safety netting to keep the little one away from the pool is provided with an automatic closing gate for easy entry and exit. Nice ceiling fan appointed lanai area for eating and visiting. Pool has new lighting for your night time enjoyment. Half bath is off the lanai/pool area. Plenty of seating and lounging chairs.
The garage is a game room with full size pool table, foosball, darts, and air hockey. Also In here you will find an extra full sized refrigerator if needed.
All bedrooms have a TV and ceiling fans for your comfort. Several of the bathrooms have hairdryers . Excellent Wi-Fi is provided. Pak-N-Play (travel cot) and a high chair are available.
Please note that the property is self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries and cleaning supplies such as, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. To help, there are a number of Supermarkets and plenty of take out options near by. Upon arrival, we provide a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. Pool and spa heat (if applicable) can be added at a charge of $35 per day.
Please note this property does not have a BBQ but a rental can be arranged for guest use upon request (charges will apply)
